Storage :

• Keep refrigerated at 10°C with 90% relative humidity in plastic bag for a week.

Quality and Maturity :

• The glossy, bright green legume with four rather equally spaced, rippled fins (or wings) along the length of each bean pod.

How to Eat :

• Should be boiled, not steamed.
• Added to stir-fried dishes with red onion, cilantro, and sesame oil or a sweet/sour sauce and garlic and also vegetable soups.
