Storage :

• Keep refrigerated at 2-8°C in a plastic bag to keep approximately for one week.

Quality and Maturity :

• Deep green in color and solid, flat in shape. It’s rather chewy and grass-like.

How to Eat :

• Discard older roots, rinse thoroughly, then separate the leaves into smaller bunches and stir-fried or put in the soup.
