Quality and Maturity :

• Light green stems and creamy almost yellow, small star-shaped buds on the end.
• Its flavor is more similar to garlic than onion.

How to Eat :

• Sometimes eaten raw, cut into an inch-long, in salads, noodle dishes and also stir-fried.
